I, the submitter, agree to grant the express permission to EWTees and any of its subsidiaries to the use of the intellectual property (including but not limited to character, stable, fed, tag team name, catchphrase or imagery,) for the purpose of, including but not limited to, the creation of apparel and merchandise, advertisements and promotions.
I affirm the intellectual property contained within are the sole property of the submitter and no other company or individual maintains any reasonable claim to copyright or trademark.
I agree to this use and forgo monetary compensation of any kind until which time the sales goal outlined in this document is to be reached.
I agree that my intellectual property submitted will be removed from the EW Tees website and use at the end of (30) thirty day period from the receipt of a written request and processing of pending orders.
